heaven sent is Grace's Laughter here for now, and ever after Dizzy Dawn in Heaven's Grace draws the night across my face
we face the sun, we face the day It faces us to gently say... in voices hushed, and voices mild "our hearts are one"--Lost and Wild
Wilder Beast and Wilder Tame roam my heart and call your name while Father Time and Mother Fate say "True Love--never leaves a trace"
Tracing Hands in Tracing Quest a trace of you along my flesh pur feet in sand, and head above my hand in yours, our hands in Love
and so the Fire, so the Flame in Mighty Mist, and Misty Spring and yet Desire, yet my Fate not yet I tire of your embrace
Embracing Death, and Sudden Birth you're Outer Space on Inner Earth Silent Birth and Sighing Death in each and every precious breath
here for now, and ever after if I'm a book, then you're my chapters we're Eye to Eye and Face to Face rolling in your laughing Grace

Little yellow spider laughing at the snow Well maybe that spider knows something that I don't know Cuz I'm goddamn cold
Little white monkey staring at the sand Maybe that monkey figured out something I couldn't understand Who knows
Well I came upon a dancing crab and I stopped to watch it shake, I said, 'Dance for me just one more time before ya hibernate, and ya come out a crab cake'
And hey there little snapping turtle, snapping at a shell Oh there's mysteries inside I know But what they are I just can't tell for sure
And hey there little baby crow, you're looking kind of mean I think I oughta split before ya start letting off your spleen For sure
And hey there little sexy pig, you mated with a man And now you've got a little kid With hooves instead of hands
And oh all of the animals, all of the animals
And hey there little mockingbird, they sing about you in songs 'Oh where ya been? Have ya broke a wing?' I haven't heard ya in so long
And hey there little albatross, swimming in the air 'Aw, hey ya know I can't fly and I Think we really oughta play fair'
And hey there mister happy squid, you move so psychedelically You hypnotize with your magic dance all the animals in the sea For sure
And oh all of the animals, all the animals
And hey there Mr. Morning Sun, what kind of creature are you I can't stare, but I know you're there Goddamn, how I wish I knew
And hey there Mrs. Lovely Moon, you're lonely and you're blue It's kind of strange the way you change But then again, we all do too

As the mist leaves no scar On the dark green hill So my body leaves no scar On you and never will Through windows in the dark The children come, the children go Like arrows with no targets Like shackles made of snow
True love leaves no traces If you and I are one It's lost in our embraces Like stars against the sun
As a falling leaf may rest A moment on the air So your head upon my breast So my hand upon your hair
And many nights endure Without a moon or star So we will endure When one is gone and far
True love leaves no traces If you and I are one It's lost in our embraces Like stars against the sun

About 8000 years ago, something happened that would redirect our fate in the world. there is no certainty who started it or exactly where, but in the middle east the agricultural recolution broke out. this movement gave birth to the mass cultivation of natural resources as well as cultivation of greed, gain , and disregard for moderation that exists in the world today. People now planted and harvested, blinded by utility and over abundance, instead of hunting and gathering just for necessity. Now milleniums later we can see the rapid spread of the wildfire that was sparked so long ago. i has slowly spread and revolutionized our minds. as the settlers push westward they carr the torch that burns our tribes and slays our game. as native americans we perpetuate love and respect. we rule as unit and move as one. we are those descendants of the hunter-gatherers that live 8000 years ago. our lives are governed by natural laws. the laws of the kingdom of animals who have no need for competition or personal gain. perhaps their lack of "higher-level thinking" and "judgement" give thema a real value and appreciation for what it is to live and breathe. we are goverened by the natural laws of the earth, which has a simple and intricate order of all things and resonates a harmony and understanding in our ears constantly. can they not hear it over the thunder of their cannons? we see no seperation in ourselves or among all other things in this universe. we recognize the divinit of all things. when we slay the buffalo we slay ourselves. we do it reluctantly, and with humble reserve. we honor the buffalo with every step they take, even in their death.
See everything ass yourself, cause only the one who sees the world as self will take care of it.
who else will return the lush paradise and peace to the earth?

And each strand of her hair is really insect eyes And each hole in her tongue is always occupied By the milk of the sun
And each hair on her head is fields of gold wheat And i'm lying on my back And i'm falling asleep Mm hmm hmm hmm
And each lash in her eye in really white roots And each line in her skin is really red roots Mm hmm hmm hmm
And the neck her head's on is a tunnel of dawn But darkness will come
But darkness will come
for sure, it's gonna come

hapiness misery
the seed of one is always within the other
they both come from heaven they both fold one on the other they both hide from each other they both surprise each other
they both speak to each other
in a private language only they understand
this is the interplay of yin and yang you can not stop or control it
seeing things as seperate brings illusion and calamity
conform and shape yourself to the interplay of the yin and yang
discipline and order yourself like a great square without sharp edges or corners
train and integrate yourself in order to cut through confusion and illusion without hurting yourself or others
it is difficult to illuminate without blinding

creative spirit vital soul wondrous bodymind
can you combine these into one phase and gently hold on to it
one phase one part one moment
can you commune with and direct th elemental force of life and enter into the rebirth of gentleness and be like a newborn
can you wash and cleanse your mystic inner vision while clearing it of the refuse left behind by ordinary sight
it is possible for you to stay out of your own way while being your own leader
can you stomp the earth look to the heavens while being receptive passive posessed of quietude
can you be knowledgeable and clever and regard it as whimsical
create and nourish let all creation be the worlds not your own
have fun when you work work when you have fun
be a leader without appearing to be and you will personify fine uncarved wood in the hands of a master carpenter
can you guess who this master is?

You’ll make the scene like you always do Going up stream down the avenue to fuck some Trophy boy that you won tonight at the bar So bad, so far. You’ll make him sad, shooting star.
When it was me I was momentarily proud I’m drunk on dreams now I’m glad I didn't say out loud You said you'd be for real but I don't think that you are So bad, so far. You make me sad, shooting star.
Youre distant, cold, a sight to behold Everybody just sighs. nobody gets on With you very long cause you don't feel bad when you lie
I’m going to sleep now Back to first square one Square 2 will be where I can deal with the shit you've just done
It wont be soon To say the least it's going to be hard So bad, so far. your love is sad, shooting star
Your love is sad, shooting star

From the bar to the car park Theories fly about They fall short for the most part But I’m not keeping count
And why should I begin? Cause there’s a whirl pool Of people who will stop And they will tell you The things that you are not They roll their eyes and they call you crazy
But you get the feeling That you get what it's about It’s just a feeling You can’t really spell it out You get the feeling That you get what it’s about

I felt so ugly before------

Q: Well, could you give me a few more details as to how to frame the proper mental attitude?
A: Start this way. First, realize that all day long we cling to a material body which we believe is our true identity. Next, understand that what is clinging to the material body is not really in the body. We should conceive that our true fundamental nature is like the moon overhead, in contrast to the moon in the water below.
